Privacy Policy
RenDewTech Business Solutions ("RenDewTech", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through rendewtech.com, why, and your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
1. What we collect
- When you send an inquiry: your name, mobile or Messenger number, location (town or barangay), the business you're interested in and when you plan to start.
- How you found us (only if you accept marketing cookies): the ad or campaign that brought you to the site, such as a Facebook ad, and the page you first visited.
- Security data: a scrambled (hashed) version of your network address, used only to stop spam and abuse. We never store your actual IP address.
We don't ask for sensitive personal information, and the website is not meant for children under 18.
2. Why we use it
- To contact you about your inquiry and prepare a consultation or capital breakdown for you.
- To follow up on your inquiry until you tell us to stop.
- To understand which of our ads bring real inquiries, if you accepted marketing cookies.
- To keep the website and our records secure.
We process your information based on your consent when you send the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to and following up on inquiries. We don't sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the website, under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Neon: the database where inquiries are stored.
- Resend: email notifications to our team about new inquiries (if turned on).
- Meta (Facebook): only if you accept marketing cookies, to measure our Facebook ads.
- Google: only if you load the map, which is provided by Google Maps.
Some of these providers may store data outside the Philippines. We share only what each one needs to do its job.
4. How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask us to. Security logs are deleted automatically after 7 days.
5. How we protect it
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and strict browser security settings. Inquiries can only be viewed by our team through an admin protected by a password, optional two-factor login and limits on login attempts. We review who has access and keep it to the people who need it. When you send an inquiry, we also record which version of this notice you saw and your cookie choices, as proof of your consent.
6. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal information is used;
- access the information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- object to processing, or withdraw your consent;
- have your information erased or blocked;
- get a copy of your information (data portability);
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We'll reply as soon as we can.
